Eddie Chung, Chef de Grille
Eddie Chung began his culinary career at The Keg Steakhouse. After showing a quick aptitude for the grill, he was quickly promoted to Grill Cook. Eddie spent nearly 7 years with the company at various locations eventually becoming Kitchen Manager at the flagship location of The Keg Steakhouse on King St. He also spent time in the kitchen of the Oliver & Bonacini Café and Grill which inspired him to pursue his passion and enroll in culinary school. Eddie attended Humber College for Culinary School, where he was appointed to student council by his peers. After completing his education, Eddie worked as Sous Chef at Bent Restaurant under notable chef Susur Lee. Eddie now joins the Liberty Entertainment Group, as the Chef de Grille of BlueBlood Steakhouse at Casa Loma bringing with him an extensive knowledge of the grill.
